The profession of a psychologist requires a high sense of responsibility, continuous training, and clinical competence. Before visiting a psychologist's office for the first time, it is essential to understand their therapeutic approach, academic background, and professional journey.

My name is Efrosyni Anagnostopoulou. Since 2012, I have maintained my private practice in Pallini, Athens, offering specialized psychotherapy services, couples therapy, and parental counseling, both in-person and online worldwide. I hold a License to Practice Medicine/Psychology (Protocol No: 3414).

My Therapeutic Approach

I firmly believe that the therapeutic relationship is built upon absolute trust, confidentiality, and mutual respect, entirely free of judgment. My framework combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and the Person-Centered approach, tailoring the process exclusively to the unique needs of each individual.

Throughout my years of practice, my clinical sessions are under continuous professional supervision, while my personal psychotherapy remains constant and ongoing, ensuring the highest standards of clinical ethics.
