Support & Empowerment Groups: Managing Anxiety & Panic Attacks in Pallini

How do we communicate the problems that weigh us down? How do we manage them? Why do we fear speaking about our inner darkness, and where have we hidden the strength that always resided within us?

Our first Empowerment Group focuses strictly on panic attacks and anxiety disorders. Within a perfectly secure framework, we speak openly about fear, anxiety, and intrusive, agonizing thoughts. We aim to shed light on the darkness that feels overwhelming during a panic attack, deconstruct the thoughts that make us feel helpless in daily life, and decode the frightening physical symptoms triggered by anxiety.

A Secure Environment, Free of Labels

Through these support groups, my mission is to build a circle of cooperation, understanding, trust, and absolute confidentiality. We open a window into things that feel unbearable, allowing each member to find relief and heal through the group's therapeutic dynamics.

• Safe Space Maintenance: Any disruptive behavior results in immediate removal from the group under my strict supervision.
• Legal Secrecy: All participants commit to and sign a written non-disclosure and confidentiality agreement.

Group Details & Participation Fees

Sessions take place in person at my practice in Pallini, consisting of a closed group of 5 participants.

• Frequency: Twice a month, on Mondays at 18:00.
• Duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes per session.
• Total Curriculum: 10 sessions.
• Timeline: 1st session on March 9th – Final session on July 20th.
• Total Investment: €450
• Early Bird Rate: €400 for registrations up to February 10th.
